About Douglas M. Rothkopf, MD
Introduction
Dr. Rothkopf’s practice spans the full spectrum of plastic surgery — from breast enhancements, facelifts, and tummy tucks to cleft lip and hand surgery. Every year since 2004, he has been named a leading plastic surgeon by the Best Doctors® organization.
Education & Training
Dr. Rothkopf is a graduate of Amherst College and the New York University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in surgery at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical School. He then went on to fellowship training in plastic surgery at the University of Pennsylvania and hand and microsurgery at Massachusetts General Hospital. He has been in practice at UMass Memorial since 1988.
He is board-certified in plastic surgery and hand surgery.
