It's best to see a board certified plastic surgeon for a face to face visit where your concerns will be heard and an exam can determine just what may be happening with your left side. If your surgeon is still working, always best to return to him/her as most surgeons do not charge existing or old patients who are coming back for an issue.

You are very aware of your health issues and as you have gone through procedures since your heart procedure, there is no reason why you cannot have a breast reduction if fully informed (yes, there are more risks you must accept to proceed). You should seek a board certified plastic surgeon, preferably an older surgeon with more experience and wisdom, as he/she should be able to guide you through the decision making process and hopefully to a happy outcome. With your Elhers issue, you cannot expect to maintain the perkiest of results so expect that... but you can have considerable weight removed from your shoulders!

Unhappy with Breast Reduction

I had a breast reduction close to a year ago. I am happy with the size but my nipples are way too high. I am unhappy with that and excessive scarring. Can the nipples be moved again and is it another major surgery?

There are always options for you to consider after having a visit with a board certified plastic surgeon (not a trainee) and making sure your surgeon you choose acknowledges what your goals and expectations are. Photos would help discern how 'botched' your procedure was and also help us understand better what your concerns may be.
