Education & Training
Dr. Moliver received his medical degree from Texas Tech University School of Medicine in Lubbock, Texas. He completed his six years of general surgery residency at Texas Tech Regional Academic Health Science Center, El Paso, Texas, from 1984-1990, serving as Chief Resident, 1989-90. He completed his plastic surgery residency at St. Joseph Hospital, Houston, Texas, from 1990 to 1992. During that time, he trained with world-renowned plastic surgeons, including the inventor of the breast implant, Dr. Thomas Cronin, and the past Editor-in-Chief of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (the official journal of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery), Dr. Thomas M. Biggs.
Dr. Moliver was a Major in the U.S. Army Reserves Medical Corps. He is a Clinical Professor at The University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, Texas, Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic Surgery.
