Dr. Eisemann graduated, with honors, from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in biochemistry. He then returned to Houston to complete his medical school education at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, followed by a six-year residency in plastic surgery at Baylor College of Medicine.

After completing his residency training, he pursued further specialized training in craniofacial plastic surgery at New York University, one of the nation’s premier training programs. The fellowship provided in-depth training in facial reconstruction and restoration for both children and adults.

Operating on a child as early as the first week of life offers a unique opportunity to see the power of plastic surgery. In many cases, surgery can prevent a child from a functional or aesthetic setback years before the child becomes aware of any issue.
