Education & Training
Dr. Ok graduated with honors from Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Medicine in 2006. He decided to pursue a career in plastic surgery, influenced by Prof. Dr. Halit Ziya Konuralp, his long-time mentor and one of the pioneers of plastic surgery in Turkey.
Dr. Ok completed his specialty training at Istanbul Haydarpasa Training and Research Hospital, one of the highest-volume hospitals in Turkey, during which he had the opportunity to perform countless hand surgeries, microsurgery, tumor and repair surgery, and plastic surgery procedures.
As his thesis, he submitted a comparative study on the short and long-term results of various breast reduction techniques and their effects on patient satisfaction.
Dr. Ok started his career in a private clinic in Istanbul in 2013. During the 4 years he spent there, he performed thousands of plastic surgery operations, mainly breast, rhinoplasty, face, and body rejuvenation procedures.
