Dr. Aric Aghayan earned both his undergraduate and medical doctorate degrees from the University of Missouri in Kansas City. He then completed an internship in general surgery at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. Dr. Aghayan spent the next three years as a medical officer in the Navy before performing a second internship in general surgery at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) in Portland. He completed his formal training with a residency in general surgery followed by a second residency in plastic surgery at OHSU. To further his knowledge of cosmetic procedures, Dr. Aghayan attends professional education seminars, like those offered at the Advanced Body Sculpting Institute.
