Dr. Gosman is the director of Craniofacial and Pediatric Plastic Surgery at UC San Diego Health and Rady Children's Hospital - San Diego. She is also the director of the Fresh Start Clinic for Craniofacial Anomalies at Rady Children's Hospital – San Diego, where she performs reconstructive surgeries for children at no cost.
