66 y.o female with Face & Necklift w/ Fat Grafting

This case involves a 66-year-old female patient who underwent a facelift and neck lift with fat grafting. 60 mL of fat was transferred from the abdomen to the face. The comparative images, taken 12 months apart, highlight noticeable changes post-procedure. In the after image, there is a reduction in skin laxity along the jawline and neck area compared to the pre-operative state.
