Our patient presented with painful, very hard breast implants and grade 4 capsular contracture. We elected to exchange her Mentor silicone implants for Motiva ergonomic gel, demi projection 340cc implants, fully remove her capsules, and add galaflex internal bra for additional support. After surgery she followed our recurrent capsular contracture protocol and has healed beautifully. She is thrilled to have pain-free, soft more natural breasts and is feeling great!
