Our patient presented with a history of bilateral subglandular breast implants and a rupture of her left silicone implant. After discussing her goals, we proceeded with a breast implant exchange, removing her 450cc Mentor smooth round silicone gel implants and replacing them with Motiva round gel, mini projection, 275cc implants for a size and shape that better fit her preferences. A mastopexy reduction was also performed, along with an internal bra to provide additional support. She has healed beautifully and is very happy with her refreshed, balanced result and smaller chest.
