Our patient presented desiring increased breast volume and a more full shape. After discussing her goals, we decided together on a bilateral breast augmentation using Motiva round gel, demi projection 265cc implants placed in the subfascial plane. GalaFLEX internal bra was also used bilaterally to provide additional support and help maintain implant position. She has healed beautifully and is very pleased with her fuller, natural-looking results.
