Case #131706

Breast Augmentation Rao Plastic Surgery Tucson, AZ

A 24-year-old Tucson woman came to Rao Plastic Surgery hoping to go from a B to C cup. With no prior breast surgery, cysts, or family history of breast cancer, she was an excellent candidate for augmentation.
We discussed implant type, shape, and placement. Given her petite frame and desire for upper pole fullness, I recommended a smooth, round silicone implant placed behind the pectoralis muscle for a natural look.
Surgery was performed at an outpatient center using an inframammary incision, placing 350cc Mentor MemoryGel High Profile implants subpectorally. I used the Keller Funnel technique to minimize infection risk and capsular contracture.
She recovered well and, four months later, is thrilled with her natural, beautifully balanced results.
