Our patient presented with concerns of low-positioned breasts and desired a lift and more volume. After discussing her goals, we proceeded with an augmentation mastopexy to restore a more youthful breast position and contour. A small reduction was performed, with approximately 50 grams removed from the right breast and 48 grams from the left. Lateral chest liposuction was also performed to enhance overall contour. Motiva ergonomic mini projection 360 cc implants were placed in a submuscular position to provide balanced fullness and long-term support. She is healing beautifully and is very pleased with her lifted, fuller results.
