This is a 52 year old woman who wanted to increase her bra size from an A cup to a C cup. I performed a breast augmentation with Allergan Natrelle Inspira SRF 415cc smooth, round, silicone filled breast implants. I used an inframammary incision (underneath the breast) and placed the implants in a subpectoral position (under the muscle).
