This woman in her early thirties desired an augmentation mammoplasty and lift. She had breast asymmetry and preferred the size of her left breast. She also wanted more upper pole volume, but did not want to go very much larger than her breast size. She chose to go for a bilateral breast augmentation mastopexy (lift) with silicone submuscular implants and liposuction of her breast-armpit region. The implants provided upper fullness that she wouldn’t get through a breast lift alone. Given her asymmetry, the existing breast tissue was respected and different sized implants were used to achieve visual balance (235cc on the right and 250cc on the left). She is featured before and three months after.
