This is a 65 year old woman who was unhappy with the appearance of her upper arms. I performed an arm lift (AKA brachioplasty) to improve her contour. I planned the incision so that it lies in the same place as the seam of a jacket so it is not visible from the front or the back, only from the bottom of her arm.
