This 49 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by her PCP requesting a flatter abdomen, more contoured hips and thinner arms. The patient has had 2 children with pregnancy-associated weight gain, then loss. She says her weight is stable now at 155 pounds. She is 5’4” tall. Dr. Parker performed his version of a lipoabdominoplasty, also known as as a Parker Tummy Tuck, along with SAFE liposuction of her hips (700 cc of fat were removed from each hip). At the same surgery, he suctioned 500 cc of fat from each arm and performed a short scar arm lift to tighten her loose skin, with a well concealed incision in her armpit.
