This is a 40y/o female who complained of excess skin and stretch marks of her abdomen and large, sagging breasts. She wore a M/L in tops and 8 in pants. She described her breasts as flat, large and sagging. She wore a 36 D cup bra. She wanted her breasts lifted and fuller at the top. She has 2 children. Her primary goals were to have her breast lifted and full superiorly and her abdomen flat. One year following a bilateral augmentation mastopexy and abdominoplasty with liposuction of the flanks, she is wearing a 34/36 DD and a S/M in tops and is very happy with her results.
