41 year old male presented for body sculpting after two previous failed attempts at another office. Although redo sculpting is more difficult, it can be done if you find a well trained body sculpting plastic surgeon. It also requires the right instrumentation to create sculpted bodies with a "non-operated" look. Also had gynecomastia resection with fat transfer to the upper pectoralis major and deltoid muscles.
