This patient in her mid-40’s wanted to improve the appearance of her abdomen, flanks and inner thighs as well as enhance her buttocks. She chose to proceed with liposuction and SmartLipo to the abdomen, flanks and inner thighs in combination with BBL fat injections to the buttocks. She could have benefited from excision of the excess abdominal skin, but she did not want to do that. She is pleased with her decision and her result, and is shown before and about 3 months after her surgery.
