This patient in her 40’s desired improvement of the contours of her abdomen and flanks. She would have been a good candidate for abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with rectus muscle plication (tightening), but she did not want to have that surgery. She elected to proceed with liposuction and SmartLipo of the abdomen and flanks. The SmartLipo offered her additional skin tightening than what she would be expected to get with just liposuction alone. The photos show her before and 3 months after the procedure.
