2 indentations below my cheek line, is this normal?

I had a Lifestyle Lift less than a week ago and I have 2 indentations right below my cheeks. Is this normal?

It is too soon to determine if what you see will be an undesirable, lasting result. You should discuss this with your surgeon. Hopefully, your surgeon can show you pictures of the "healing process" of other patients that underwent a similar procedure. This may help you understand the healing process better.
The Lifestyle Lift uses a purse-string suture to elevate and tighten the SMAS. If one is not careful, there can be a dimple at the outside edge of the suture. This may have to be treated. However, the dimple, since it is bilateral, may also simply be due to edema. If this is the cause, it should resolve with time. A week is way too soon to tell what the cause is. Give it some time.
