Visible dent at the crease of my breast just near the incision. Can it be fixed?

I had a breast augmentation 2 months ago, replacing saline for gel. It's been 2 months and I have dent near the crease of my breast just below incision. I hope it can be fixed, it is very apparent.

This is most likely from a suture to close the incision or to prevent the implant from sliding down. These usually resolve over time. If it does not, a minor procedure can improve it!
A crease near the inframammary crease incision is most likely caused by a deep suture that was too close to the dermis layer of the skin, or possibly a new technique called a "shelf suture" which is placed to prevent bottoming out of the implant.
Typically these depressions pull out as the breast implant drops and assumes a final shape.
HOWEVER, MASSAGE OF the depression may speed smoothing the depression.
If these maneuvers do not work by 3 months your surgeon may elect to remove the suture through a small skin incision.
