Is it possible to have just one breast augmented?
I had breast augmentation seven months ago. My left breast is smaller then my right one. When I went from a 32A to a 32C (350 cc's) my left nipple is about 3 inches higher then my right one. Is it possible to have surgery to enlarge my left breast to even it with my right breast or would I have to get both breasts done over?
It is entirely possible to do different surgeries on each breast if there is an asymmetry present. Asymmetry cases are always technically difficult, so make sure your prospective board certified plastic surgeon is experienced in such cases.
A breast lift on the side with the lower nipple is the best procedure to correct nipple asymmetry. Placing different sized breast implants will not improve nipple asymmetry and could make it worse.
