Brow lift
I’m 75 years old with a high forehead. I had eyelid surgery done in 12/06. My right eyebrow droops significantly. Tried Botox with no correction. Nurse hit a vessel causing bruising. Dysport was great for forehead winkles. Could you do a temporal (limited incision technique) lift with a minor forehead lift from the center brow to sides to reduce wrinkles above eyebrows. Center of eyebrows to arch are perfect and no frown lines. My jaw line only needs tightening. What can be done?
Did you get the forehead droop after surgery or injury? If yes, then it could still return and I would continue using botox/dysport on the side that is functioning. Asymmetry is hard to correct surgically. It would really depend on the extent of difference also.
There are multiple ways of doing a forehead lift, each having advantages and disadvantages. The forehead almost always needs lifting laterally, not medially. A high forehead does, however, complicate things. Make sure you see someone with significant experience in facial rejuvenation. You may have multiple options or just one to discuss.
