Facial Plastic Surgery Fellowship Open to BE/BC Plastic Surgeons- Paid Position

 

Located in Chicago and the North Suburbs of Chicago, this 12-month fellowship, starting July 1 annually, has a primary focus on facial aesthetic and reconstructive surgery with a strong emphasis on rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, nasal reconstruction, and facial rejuvenation.  The fellow will acquire significant experience with office-based, awake under local surgeries, including facelifts, brow lifts, blepharoplasties (upper and lower), otoplasties, liposuction, FaceTite/BodyTite procedures, minimally invasive/non-surgical procedures and injectables.  Reconstructive opportunities include an ample amount of nasal reconstruction and other soft tissue Mohs reconstruction.

 

A significant emphasis will also be placed on learning to run an efficient private practice with a private OR. Fellows will learn all aspects of business operations, including coding, practice management, optimizing clinical flow, how to engage effectively to retain a high functioning team, and involvement with practice and marketing meetings where operational decisions are made.  A research project and involvement with resident teaching is required.

 

Dr. Warner is certified by the American Board of Plastic surgery, completed a facial plastic surgery fellowship, and his practice is focused on facial plastic surgery procedures. He serves as the Director and Founder of the Chicago Rhinoplasty Symposium and serves as the Mission Director of the Nepal Surgical and Medical Mission under the Face the Future Foundation. As such, the fellow will be involved in the Chicago Rhinoplasty Symposium and will have the opportunity to partake in a medical mission trip to Nepal.
