Reno Tahoe Plastic Surgery Aesthetic Fellowship

Reno Tahoe Plastic Surgery provides a comprehensive one-year aesthetic surgery fellowship, offering a unique chance to train alongside two busy, experienced plastic surgeons in a dynamic, high-volume practice. Our 12,000 sq ft building features an on-site clinic, medspa, and AAAASF-accredited surgery center. Fellows will master the art of the consultation, as well as pre- and post-operative management, and receive mentorship in aesthetic surgery techniques focused on facial rejuvenation and reshaping of the breast, body, and extremities. Training includes learning how to perform surgeries safely, efficiently, and effectively.  We provide extensive hands-on experience, allowing fellows to independently manage their own cosmetic surgery clinic and develop their surgical skills with full autonomy.  Dedicated time is allocated for research with opportunities to present at national meetings. If additional training is needed, fellows can attend conferences and participate in exchanges with other Aesthetic Society-endorsed fellowships. The MedSpa component helps fellows learn how to grow and manage a busy medspa, gaining confidence in consultations, injectables, and the use of various non-invasive devices. A key aspect of the fellowship is understanding the business side of running a medical practice, encompassing marketing, business development, employee management, and other related areas. Applicants must hold, or obtain a Nevada medical license, hospital privileges, and be BC/BE in Plastic Surgery before starting the fellowship.
