I am more than pleased to present to you our 2025 Foundation Career Achievement Award honorees, Drs. Jack Fisher and G. Patrick Maxwell. I feel as though neither requires much introduction to our membership as their impact on our specialty is well known. I would like for this announcement to serve as a personal invitation for all their former residents and fellows to register and attend The Aesthetic MEET in Austin, March 20-23, 2025. The number of individuals who have enjoyed the privilege of training under both of our honorees is substantial and having all of you present during the awards ceremony will make the moment much more special for our recipients.

When Jack and Pat learned of The Foundation's Breast Cancer Journey Assistance Fund, they did not hesitate to request that all funds received in their honor go directly to the fund. As of this writing, over 100 patients have applied and been awarded funds for living expenses, treatments, copays, and childcare. We have received thank you calls and emails from patients who show gratitude no matter the dollar amount received, which highlights the immense need. Thank you to Jack and Pat for recognizing this need and supporting the fund in this way! The Foundation needs more funds to continue to assist patients. As we end Breast Cancer Awareness Month and head into the holiday season, please consider a tax-deductible donation to the Breast Cancer Journey Assistance Fund. We received $22,550 from October fundraising and have a year-end goal of reaching $100,000. We see the need and how impactful our efforts have been and would like to continue to assist patients!

The beautiful Fall is here and it's time for pumpkins and creative Halloween costumes. For The Aesthetic Society, this has been the year of reimagination and we've continued to reinvent both our internal and external processes to set ourselves up for success in the new aesthetic landscape.
I am incredibly proud to be President of the rebranded, The Aesthetic Foundation! Like I said at the Business Meeting in Vancouver, Caroline Glicksman certainly set me up for success with all the progress of her year, and I know working with President-Elect, Pat McGuire, and the whole Foundation Board will lead to another year of growth and impact on our specialty.
