The beautiful Fall is here and it's time for pumpkins and creative Halloween costumes. For The Aesthetic Society, this has been the year of reimagination and we've continued to reinvent both our internal and external processes to set ourselves up for
success in the new aesthetic landscape.

One of my key initiatives for the year has been the reimagination of education. I am so excited to announce that our entire education team has been deliberate in developing fresh and new ways of delivering programs for all tiers of membership with both virtual and in-person content. All offerings will be through our newly created Aesthetic Society Academy with an Aesthetic Academy Series tailored to: global partners (GEMS series), all surgeons (Saturday Master Class series) and AlliedPro members
(Blueprints series). In addition to our annual meeting, reimagined and renamed The Aesthetic MEET® our next symposium is in November 2025 with a focus on facial rejuvenation and nonsurgical aesthetic treatments. Be on the lookout for announcements regarding these exciting new programs and be sure to register early to secure your spot.

The Aesthetic MEET Registration

The growth of our Global Alliance Partners program has been my other key initiative, and I am proud to announce an historic expansion-we've achieved a new milestone of 31 distinguished global partners. This remarkable accomplishment represents our
vision of uniting the world's leading aesthetic plastic surgeons under one collaborative umbrella. By bringing together expertise from diverse backgrounds and surgical programs, we are creating unprecedented opportunities for education and knowledge
exchange that will advance our specialty globally. Ultimately, this will advance our common goal of improving patient safety and outcomes for our patients worldwide.

GLOBAL ALLIANCE PARTNERS

We're excited to announce that ASJ Open Forum has achieved a 1.6 Impact Factor, ranking in the top 50% of surgical journals in only six years! This milestone-180 citations for 112 published articles-highlights the quality of research our community produces.

We thank Drs. Nahai, Kenkel, and Aly, and, of course, each of you who trusted us with your work. This is a collective win, showcasing the influence and reach of our field. I will continue to travel the world to foster vital relationships. So far, I have been to Turkey, Germany, Greece, France, Italy, Australia, and Colombia, with upcoming trips to Brazil, Kuwait, Canada, China, Mexico, and India.

The growth of our AlliedPro membership category has been my passion project. This program, launched for nonsurgical professionals, now has 300 enrolled members. These members play a crucial function in the delivery of aesthetic care and can now
enjoy access to the best education from the most trusted source, The Aesthetic Society. In addition, membership in our highly-respected society will provide them with a sense of community and credibility. Our first offering to our Allied Pro members
is "Behind The Syringe, The Beauty of lnjectables," which is scheduled for January 11, 2025, where all are welcome.

Lastly, I invite all members and international partners to attend The Aesthetic MEET® in Austin, TX, March 20-23, 2025 The Aesthetic Society's annual Aesthetic Meeting ... REIMAGINED. 2025 will mark a new era in aesthetic education and inclusivity, crafted specifically for all aesthetic professionals who are shaping the future of the specialty. The meeting is inclusive and open to plastic surgeons, nonsurgical AlliedPro members, and members of the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive
Surgery (AAFPRS), the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS), and the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS). Global members will have the opportunity to experience world-class sessions and hands-on
workshops that further strengthen the spirit of international unity.

Because of my passion for running, I've set a personal goal for myself to do a long run at each of the global destinations, paying homage to each country. When colleagues and friends from industry join me, it joins our communities and creates lasting relationships.

The spirit of energy and team, my themes for the year, are at work. The energy brought by all volunteer leaders has led to a positive momentum. Please join our team and propel this movement forward with your supportive and talented spirit. Stay strong and healthy my friends. Together we are stronger. Your friend and President.

I am incredibly proud to be President of the rebranded, The Aesthetic Foundation! Like I said at the Business Meeting in Vancouver, Caroline Glicksman certainly set me up for success with all the progress of her year, and I know working with President-Elect, Pat McGuire, and the whole Foundation Board will lead to another year of growth and impact on our specialty.
