This fellowship will allow full exposure to a busy two physician aesthetic plastic surgery practice. One surgeon is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon and the other is a Board-Certified Oculoplastic Surgeon. The fellow will experience the business side of the practice to gain an understanding of human resources, financial reconciliation, marketing, social media, and the integration of IT and EMR systems. The fellowship will allow surgical experience in our office based surgical suite commensurate with the fellow's surgical ability. This will include experience with the consultation process including virtual consultations, pre op and post op visits. The practice is a busy aesthetic practice and the fellow with have more than adequate exposure to face and body contouring surgery including the use of lasers and energy based devices. In addition, there will be exposure to injectables and non-invasive procedures.
