Where is the best area in my breasts for the doctor to cut open for my implants?
Actually I would like implants but I am wondering where should the doctor cuts so nobody can see, around my nipple or under my breast?
The visibility depends on a number of factors such as how you heal, the shape of the breast, etc. Other issues to consider include that the incision in the fold beneath the breast has a decreased incidence of capsular contracture or hardening of the tissue around the implant. My published study was the first in the plastic surgery literature to confirm this.

The inframammary crease breast augmentation incision is well hidden and provides your surgeon with better visualization to place your breast implants accurately. Complication rate is slightly increased when the incision is placed through the areola.
